Customer feedback is a great way for a business to judge how they're doing. You can think you're doing a great job and that
you're on the right track, but by listening to your customers, you can know for sure.
If you don't know what customer feedback is, you should. It's one of the surest ways of knowing beyond a doubt that your
company is meeting customer needs and doing what you promise to do every day.
